Es wurde am 29. Februar 2024 von SOLIDEO, der staatliche Organisation, die mit den Entwicklungsarbeiten f\u00fcr die Ausrichtung der Olympischen und Paralympischen Spiele 2024 in Paris betraut ist, eingeweiht. W\u00e4hrend der Spiele wurden 14.500 Athletinnen und Athleten und ihre Betreuer in dieser 52 Hektar gro\u00dfen st\u00e4dtischen Landschaft untergebracht. Die Nachhaltigkeit wurde besonders ber\u00fccksichtigt: Das Olympische Dorf wird nach den Spielen zu \u00f6ffentlichen Einrichtungen, Wohnungen und Gewerbefl\u00e4chen umgestaltet.   <\/p>\n\n<p>The project balances the needs of the athletes with the protection of nature and the environment. The lighting concept pays particular attention to the protection of nocturnal biodiversity by creating a grid of dark corridors that provide an unlit habitat for numerous nocturnal animals. The luminaires and support systems were specially selected and developed to connect the urban public space with the vegetation and nature.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The projected \u2018Athletes\u2019 Footprints\u2019 commemorate the Olympic legacy<\/strong><br\/>To the north of the Olympic Village lies Place Amp\u00e8re, the \u2018Amp\u00e8re Square\u2019, where the \u2018Athletes\u2018 Footprints\u2019 are projected in memory of the 2024 Games and the history of this location. With forty PHOS pole mount projection systems from Derksen, the imaginary footprints of various sports, such as running, gymnastics, rugby, handball and surfing, are projected onto the ground when darkness falls. Place Amp\u00e8re thus becomes a meaningful place and a living testimony to the Olympic heritage.
