{"id":3190,"date":"2010-07-14T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2010-07-14T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/relaunch.derksen.de\/projekt\/shapes-of-light\/"},"modified":"2025-12-17T08:41:17","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T07:41:17","slug":"shapes-of-light","status":"publish","type":"projekt","link":"https:\/\/www.derksen.de\/en\/projekt\/shapes-of-light\/","title":{"rendered":"Shapes Of Light"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>The red dot award 2010 was presented to the Hilti design team.<\/strong><br\/>From the 6th of July until the 1st of August the Hilti design team presented a special exhibition in the Red dot design museum which is situated on the grounds of the worlds cultural inheritance Zeche Zollverein in Essen. The exhibition presented the award-winning products with the slogan \u201dDesigned for use. Not for museums,\u201d in an ambience that was cleverly created using construction site elements. <\/p>\n\n<p>The site workers were projected into the scenery using graphic light projection techniques. On top of that a multi lingual commentary on Hilti tools was displayed. The silhouettes of the workers and the text were projected onto the concrete walls with three powerful Derksen GL 1200 projection systems. Each projection system was equipped with a gobo magazine, which projects three different motifs in continuous rotation.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Keystone correction makes the difference.<\/strong><br\/>A particular challenge to the implementation of the exhibition was to eliminate perspective distortion of the images through \u201ckeystone correction\u201d.
